About the Job The function Legal - Corporate Governance & Boards is part of the Legal Division, located in the Finance area, with a direct reporting line to the General Counsel of Allianz Technology SE. Our central function supports and drives the central organization as well as the many local organizations towards a uniform Corporate Governance approach across Allianz Technology Group. This includes inter alia keeping the Corporate Rule Book up to date, containing all internal Allianz Technology Group policies and regulations. The Corporate Governance & Boards unit also advises on various corporate law matters and transactions.
