In the DACH region, our Account Management team has successfully built the macro-frameworks and relationships with Enterprise and SMB Managed accounts. However, a framework is useless without execution. We need an operational powerhouse on the frontline to pro-actively drive delivery, adoption, and revenue. The Task: You are joining us to operate as an elite "internal specialized recruiter and consultant" for freelance talent. This is not a passive matchmaking role. You are architecting the ultimate user experience, stepping in with technical authority to challenge client briefs, push product innovation, and take definitive ownership of project delivery across the DACH market.…
