Deine Aufgaben Du erhältst einen praktischen Einstieg in Recruiting und Personalgewinnung Dabei lernst du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess kennen – von der Stellenausschreibung bis zur Vorqualifizierung Im Screening prüfst du eingehende Bewerbungen, bewertest Profile und identifizierst passende Kandidat:innen für den weiteren Prozess. Du führst erste Telefoninterviews und Bewerbungsgespräche Dein Profil Du studierst BWL, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Personalmanagement oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang – oder möchtest im Rahmen eines Praktikums praktische Erfahrung im Recruiting sammeln. Du hast Interesse an Recruiting, HR und Personalgewinnung und arbeitest gerne mit Menschen. Kommunikationsstärke und ein sicheres Auftreten in Telefoninterviews und Gesprächen.…
