Skeleton Technologies is looking for a hands-on Head of Finance to build and own the financial backbone of a company heading for a US listing. As Head of Finance, you will own the reporting and accounting engine that has to carry this group through growth, a new US entity, and IPO readiness. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will lead a team, and you will also be in the numbers yourself. How you can help us on the journey: Own group reporting under IFRS across our German, Finnish and Estonian entities, including the accounting judgement a hardware manufacturer actually needs: revenue recognition on multi-year module contracts with delivery, commissioning and service elements, R&D capitalisation, inventory and standard costing across two factories Deliver German statutory accounts…
