Beratung bei der strategischen Positionierung des CFO-Bereichs als zentraler Steuerungspartner in der Gesamtbank – inkl. Entwicklung von KPI-Frameworks und Performance-Reporting-Konzepten Mitwirkung an der Gestaltung und Implementierung von Target Operating Models (TOM) zur Harmonisierung von Prozessen, Systemlandschaften und Verantwortlichkeiten. Daher auch Unterstützung bei Workshops mit Fach- und Führungsebenen, um strategische Steuerungsziele, TOM-Design und regulatorische Anforderungen zu vereinen Analyse und Neuausrichtung von End-to-End-Finance-Prozessen (Planung, Accounting, Risk, Reporting) im Hinblick auf Effizienz, Automatisierung und regulatorische Zukunftsfähigkeit.
