Dazu zählen umfangreiche Vorhaben wie die Transformationen von Bestand, Schaden, Provision und In-/Exkasso in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Alliance-Plattform-Partnern (z. B. Guidewire, FADATA, SAP) oder die Digitalisierung und Optimierung einzelner Bereiche der Wertschöpfungskette (z. B. Fraud, Maklerabrechnung, Kundenkommunikation).
