Dazu zählen umfangreiche Vorhaben wie die Transformationen von Bestand, Schaden, Provision und In/Exkasso in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Alliance Plattform Partnern (z. B. Guidewire, FADATA, SAP) oder die Zusammenarbeit mit InsurTechs und Start-Ups zur Digitalisierung und Optimierung einzelner Bereiche der Wertschöpfungskette (z.B. Fraud, Maklerabrechnung, Kundenkommunikation). Dies erfordert zum einen eine fachliche Analyse, wie auch die technische Umsetzung.
