Beratung unserer Kund:innen in strategischen Fragen bei der Gestaltung komplexer Transaktionen Entwicklung neuer digitaler Ökosysteme unter Einbeziehung von Start-ups, die technologiegetrieben neue Geschäftsmodelle mit bestehenden Branchenteilnehmer:innen etablieren Unterstützung bei der strategischen und operativen Analyse von Geschäftsmodellen Durchführung von Marktanalysen, strategischen Reviews, Due Diligence, Synergie-Assessments, Carve-outs und Integrationen sowie Restrukturierungen Regelmäßige Teilnahme an Meet-ups und Konferenzen gehört ebenso dazu wie der permanente Austausch mit Start-ups, Investor:innen und etablierten Branchenteilnehmer:innen Dein Skillset Ein mit überdurchschnittlichem Erfolg abgeschlossenes Studium Erste Erfahrungen (Praktikum oder Werkstudierendentätigkeit)…
