Du führst Markt- und Unternehmensanalysen im Rahmen von Strategie- und Managementberatungsprojekten für Finanzdienstleistungsunternehmen (Versicherungen, Banken, Asset Manager und Makler/Vermittler) sowie InsurTechs/ FinTechs/Start-ups durch. Du bist gemeinsam im Team für die Analyse des Jahresabschlusses und der Finanzkennzahlen eines Zielunternehmens im Rahmen einer Finanziellen Due Diligence verantwortlich. Du identifizierst Risiken sowie kaufpreisrelevante Sachverhalte und führst Stärken/Schwächen-Analysen durch, um unseren Kunden:innen eine Handlungsempfehlung bezüglich einer Kauf-/Verkaufsentscheidung geben zu können.
