Deine Aufgaben Als Teil unseres Strategy and Transactions Teams am Standort Frankfurt/Main oder München berätst du unsere Kund:innen zu strategischen Fragestellungen rund um das Thema Commercial Due Diligence und Private Equity. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Du analysierst Firmen und Wertschöpfungsketten im Rahmen von Unternehmenstransaktionen für unsere nationalen und internationalen Kund:innen im Bereich Financial Services. Du bereitest Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Commercial-Due-Diligence-Berichte vor, oft als Teil von multidisziplinären, integrierten Due-Diligence-Teams. Du identifizierst Wertsteigerungspotenziale und entwickelst gemeinsam mit Private Equity Investoren oder Corporate Management-Teams gezielte Maßnahmen, z.B.…
