Founder's Associate – Fundraising, Finance & Strategy Our client is hiring for a Founder's Associate to work directly with the founders at a fast-growing AI fintech in Munich. This is an opportunity for someone with a background in investment banking, strategy consulting, VC, or a high-growth start-up who wants to move beyond advising businesses and start building one from the inside. Initial focus will be on: Fundraising: Building the equity story, investor deck, financial model, and investor pipeline. Finance & Analytics: Owning SaaS KPIs, unit economics, and financial reporting. I SO 27001 & Compliance: Driving the certification process and strengthening enterprise readiness. Founder's Office: Taking ownership of strategic projects across operations, growth, and business development.…
