Deine Aufgaben Als Teil der Transaction Diligence in München oder Frankfurt/Main begleiten wir sowohl FinTechs, InsurTechs, Start-ups, Makler:innen als auch Kund:innen im Private Equity- und Bankenbereich im Rahmen von Strategie- und M&A-Projekten sowie bei der Umsetzung unterschiedlicher käufer- und verkäuferseitigen Beratungsleistungen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Du berätst Mandant:innen bei M&A-Transaktionen zu Risk-&-Regulatory-Themen, insbesondere zu Bankenregulierung und Aufsichtsrecht, über den gesamten Transaktionsprozess. Du identifizierst und analysierst regulatorische Anforderungen in der Financial Due Diligence und leitest Auswirkungen auf die Transaktionsstruktur ab.…
