Deine Aufgaben Operativer Tagesgeschäft Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für Mitarbeitende, Geschäftspartnerinnen, externe Ansprechpartnerinnen und Dienstleister. Du organisierst und pflegst den Kalender des CEO, koordinierst Termine und sorgst für eine effiziente Tages- und Wochenplanung. Du planst nationale und internationale Geschäftsreisen und koordinierst alle organisatorischen Details für einen reibungslosen Ablauf. Du bereitest Termine des CEO inhaltlich und organisatorisch vor, erstellst Unterlagen und Briefings, dokumentierst Ergebnisse und verfolgst vereinbarte Aufgaben nach. Du bearbeitest Schriftverkehr sowie eingehende Post, E-Mails und Telefonanfragen und stellst eine professionelle Kommunikation sicher.…
