Deine Aufgaben Im Bereich Financial Performance & CFO Transformation unterstützt du Banken dabei, ihre finanzielle Steuerung weiterzuentwickeln, Wertsteigerungspotenziale zu realisieren und die CFO-Funktion zukunftsfähig aufzustellen. Dabei übernimmst du vielfältige Aufgaben: Du leitest Projektteams bei der Entwicklung und Weiterentwicklung wertorientierter Steuerungskonzepte. Dein Fokus liegt auf Kapital, risikogewichteten Aktiva, Bilanzvolumen, Finanzierungsmix und weiteren finanziellen Kernkennzahlen. Du verantwortest auf Konzern- und Geschäftsbereichsebene Programme zur finanziellen Wertsteigerung. Dazu gehören Maßnahmen zur Optimierung von Bilanz, Kosten, Kapital, Treasury und Refinanzierung sowie die Realisierung von Synergien bei M&A-Transaktionen.…
