Deine Aufgaben Im Bereich Financial Performance & CFO Transformation unterstützt du Banken dabei, ihre strategischen Ziele in messbare operative Verbesserungen zu übersetzen. Dabei übernimmst du folgende Aufgaben: Du führst interdisziplinäre Projektteams und entwickelst strategische Maßnahmen, mit denen Banken ihre Unternehmensperformance nachhaltig verbessern. Gemeinsam mit unseren Kund:innen optimierst du die Allokation von Kapital, Investitions- und Betriebsausgaben sowie Personalressourcen und begleitest strategische Portfoliomaßnahmen. Du konzipierst und steuerst komplexe Transformationsprogramme mit Fokus auf Kosten, Effizienz, Reorganisation und Prozessoptimierung. Dabei nutzt du gezielt Automatisierung und künstliche Intelligenz.…
