About the Role This is a high-visibility Senior Finance Manager opportunity to embed directly within Ocado’s Executive team, acting as a key financial partner to the Office of the CEO, Legal and Business Integrity, People, and Reward. Working alongside senior leadership -including the Deputy CEO, Chief People Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Reward-you will own core financial processes across Group Operations, driving monthly management reporting, the annual budget cycle, and rolling outlooks while providing strategic decision support, cost-initiative challenge, and cash flow optimisation. Reporting directly to the Head of Group Financial Planning, you will gain invaluable exposure to Group FP&A, Capital Markets, and Investor Relations, while also mentoring a Finance Business Partner…
