Your mission: We’re looking for an experienced Finance Manager (all genders) to take end-to-end ownership of accounting and controlling in a fast-growing, project-driven organization. In this senior, hands-on role, you will independently run our core finance processes—from accurate bookkeeping, monthly and annual closing, tax and audit coordination through to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and liquidity planning. You will establish reliable structures, deliver decision-ready financial insights, and help scale our finance setup, including the implementation and continuous improvement of our ERP system.
