Unser Finance-Team besteht aus drei Personen und kümmert sich ausschließlich um das Management der Kapitalverbindlichkeiten gegenüber Banken und Investoren. Dazu gehören das laufende Bankenreporting, die Liquiditätssteuerung aller Immobilienprojekte und Gesellschaften sowie die Akquise neuer Finanzierungen und die Prolongation bestehender Darlehen. Wir bauen den Bereich gezielt weiter aus: professionell, prozessorientiert und so automatisiert wie möglich. So bleibt mehr Zeit für das, was zählt, nämlich die Qualität unserer Arbeit. Du arbeitest eng mit dem Accounting & Controlling, dem Asset Management und unseren laufenden Bauprojekten zusammen und hast Schnittstellen zu allen Bereichen von Augustus.…
