As our first dedicated Senior Finance & FP&A Manager, you will build the financial planning & analysis function from the ground up and report directly to the CFO. You will own the group's forecasting and planning engine, sharpen ARR and liquidity steering, and be a core partner on fundraising, board reporting and go-to-market economics. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role for someone who wants to build. Your Tasks Planning & forecasting: Own and continuously improve the integrated business plan (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet), including consolidation logic. Budgeting: Run the annual budget and rolling re-forecast; translate strategy into a defensible operating plan and use-of-funds.…
