WE ARE LOOKING FOR We are seeking an experienced Financial Assistant to join our team in Germany (Frankfurt). SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU As a Financial Assistant, you will support our Property Accounting team in its day-to-day operations and help ensure smooth and efficient accounting processes. Your responsibilities will include: Supporting the processing of incoming invoices, including OCR management, invoice review and coordination of approval workflows. Following up on incorrect or incomplete invoices and coordinating necessary corrections with vendors and internal stakeholders. Supporting bank accounting activities, including the preparation and booking of bank transactions. Assisting with the tracking of Purchase Orders.…
