Du analysierst Zusammenhänge, unterstützt datenbasierte Entscheidungen und gewinnst Einblicke in die finanzielle und risikoorientierte Steuerung des Bankgeschäfts Anders als in vielen klassischen Traineeprogrammen gestaltest Du Deine Stationen aktiv mit. Je nach Interessen kannst Du beispielsweise Einblicke in Risikomanagement, Risk Innovation, Controlling, Financial Markets oder auch andere Bereiche erhalten. Du übernimmst eigenständig analytische Fragestellungen, bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management auf und gewinnst Einblicke in die Zusammenarbeit verschiedener Steuerungsbereiche.…
