ING Wholesale Banking Germany is the corporate banking segment of ING Germany. The Acquisition Finance team is part of our Capital Markets & Advisory business and provides highly structured financing solutions to support leveraged buyouts, refinancings and recapitalisations. Transactions typically involve senior secured loans, often alongside second lien debt and high-yield bonds, as well as committed working capital, capex and acquisition facilities. Many transactions are underwritten by ING and subsequently syndicated to the institutional investor market, creating extensive exposure to the full transaction lifecycle and close collaboration with teams including Loan Capital Markets, High Yield Debt Capital Markets, Ratings Advisory and Agency.…
