Bearbeitung von Incidents und Service Requests, Analyse der Serviceunterbrechung und Continuous Improvement Design Methoden Support (insbesondere für 3DEXPERIENCE: CATIA V5/6, ENOVIA) Anwenderunterstützung (2nd und 3rd Level) für CAD und DMU Tools Unterstützung bei der Qualitätssicherung von Anwendungen (Test und Analyse der Testergebnisse) Wen wir suchen Du hast einen Abschluss in Maschinenbau, Flugzeugbau bzw. Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik und bereits mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung gesammelt. Weiterhin verfügst du über: mindestens 2 Jahre Design-Erfahrung im Umfeld CATIA (idealerweise auch im Umfeld CATIA V5/6) gesammelt und/oder mehrere Jahre Erfahrung mit alternativen CAD-Programmen und Viewern und hast dabei einen guten Überblick über Design-Methoden und –Tools entwickelt…
