Verantwortlichkeiten Als Project Engineer MEP (m/w/d) verantworten Sie die technische Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung der gebäudetechnischen Anlagen innerhalb unserer schlüsselfertigen Bauprojekte. Dabei behalten Sie technische Anforderungen, Qualität, Termine und Kosten stets im Blick. Ihre Aufgaben im Detail: Planungskoordination: Abstimmung und Steuerung der MEP-Planungsprozesse (Heizung, Lüftung, Klima, Sanitär, Elektro) in Zusammenarbeit mit Fachplanern und internen Projektteams. Technische Verantwortung: Prüfung und Bewertung von Planungsunterlagen hinsichtlich technischer Machbarkeit, Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit. Ausschreibung & Vergabe: Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen, technische Angebotsprüfung und Unterstützung bei der Vergabe an Nachunternehmer.…
