Aufgaben Technische Umsetzung von Projekten im Innen- und Außendienst – von der Erstkonzeption bis zur Migration und Inbetriebnahme. Mitarbeit im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support als Support-Spezialist und letzte Eskalationsinstanz für komplexe Netzwerke. Planung, Konzeption und Implementierung von Netzwerkstörungen (Switching, VLAN VPN, WLAN). Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung von Netzwerkkonzepten sowie technischer Dokumentationen. Betrieb, Wartung und Optimierung von Netzwerk-Infrastrukturen inklusive Monitoring- und Backup-Komponenten. Technische Beratung unserer Kunden zu Netzwerkarchitekturen, Sicherheitskonzepten und geeigneten Technologien. Unterstützung des Vertriebs bei Kundenterminen, technischen Abstimmungen und der Angebotserstellung.…
