We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead Financial Experience (FinXP), the team that builds how practices and patients deal with money at Nelly. That covers how a patient says yes to a treatment they can’t pay for upfront, and how delivered care becomes an invoice, then a payment, then cash in the practice’s account. You’ll lead a team whose work shows up directly in what practices earn and in what Nelly earns. The problem space: Practices rarely lose revenue because care isn’t needed. They lose it at two points. Before treatment, patients delay or decline because they can’t pay upfront. After treatment, revenue leaks on its way to cash: invoices go out late or wrong, payments get chased by hand, and billing runs through manual steps. The domain Financial OS closes both gaps.…
