The role Own CAM programming and machining standards at our Hamburg factory, from toolpath to first article prove-out, cycle time optimisation and production handover. You will build the programming playbook our German sites run on. You program it, you prove it out, you run it. What you'll do Program, simulate and optimise 3-axis and 5-axis milling toolpaths. Set up, prove out and run jobs to aerospace and defence standards. Choose tooling, cutting parameters and workholding for aluminium, steels, titanium and Inconel. Build toolpath libraries, programming templates and documentation from scratch. Train machinists on programming standards as the team grows. What we're looking for Strong CAM programming in Hypermill, Mastercam, Siemens NX or equivalent.…
