Die Rolle Verantworte Fertigungsprozesse für hochpräzise CNC-Bauteile von der Machbarkeit bis zur Serie: Neuteileeinführung, Prozessvalidierung, Qualität und kontinuierliche Verbesserung. Du stehst an der Schnittstelle zwischen Engineering, Produktion und Kunde. In einer jungen Fabrik heißt das auch: Maschinen in Betrieb nehmen, Prüfmittel beschaffen und unser Qualitätssystem mit aufbauen. Deine Aufgaben Neuteileeinführungen leiten, von der Machbarkeitsstudie und Prozessplanung bis zur Serienreife. Arbeitspläne, Vorrichtungskonzepte und Prüfpläne erstellen. Prozess-FMEAs und Ursachenanalysen durchführen und mit den CAM-Programmierern Zykluszeiten senken und First-Time-Right-Raten steigern. Unser Qualitätsmanagementsystem nach EN 9100 mit aufbauen.…
