As our Staff Robotic Sales Engineer (m/f/d), you are RobCo's most senior technical voice in sales, owning your own deals alongside Account Executives while setting the technical standards that make the whole Robotics Sales Engineering team stronger. If something is broken, you fix it. If something can be automated, you build it. This is a technical leadership role without people management. You keep a quota with your own Account Executives, and a fixed part of your time goes into raising the technical bar across the team. You work where modular robotics, software and AI come together, and you help bring physical AI from the lab into real production. Sales leadership turns to you first when they want to know how strong the pipeline really is.…
