Define and lead the development of new MEMS technologies, enhance performance or manufacturability of existing devices, improve measurement or simulation infrastructure, both through team effort and personal technical contributions Lead definition and execution of challenging technical projects. Advise management of challenges, impact, recommendations. Develop new or improved resonators, MEMS technologies and/or products. Contribute technical ideas for SiTime’s technical roadmap, by working with Marketing and Executive teams in defining next-generation products based on new technologies.
