In this position, you’ll Own the cross-Engineering AI adoption strategy - setting outcome targets, building alignment across domains, and driving accountability for results Define and build the measurement framework that makes AI impact visible - determining what to measure, making it visible and broadly understood across the organization, and using it to drive decisions Lead the delivery of an AI toolset, including standardized, pre-configured, and integrated into daily workflows, and run structured, data-driven trials to evaluate new tools with clear go/no-go criteria Work with engineering leaders across domains to move AI from optional to expected - PRs without AI assistance should be the exception, not the norm Ensure the platform is reliable and safe to scale by removing adoption…
