Smart PV Technical Support Engineer Job Location: Düsseldorf, Germany Main Responsibilities: Installation/Commissioning Instruction: Provide installation/commissioning training to customer/installer, ensure all the Huawei equipment would be installed safely, reliably and properly. Troubleshooting to malfunctioned equipment: Locate the fault by remote support or on-site service, instruct the customer/ maintenance personnel get the faulty equipment recovery. Preventive Maintenance: Routine maintenance triggered by Huawei, such as testing performance of solar system, checking historical alarms, checking the reliability of cable connection and exporting inverter logs etc.…
