(Senior) Design System Engineer (f/m/d)

About this job

Your tasks: Evolve, expand and maintain our component libraries on all our platforms (iOS, Android and Web): Angular, Jetpack Compose, SwiftUI fed by a shared design system. Partner closely with our UI/UX designers on component APIs, naming, states, and variants, keeping our code in sync with our Figma library - closing the gap between what is designed and what ships. Define the system's architecture: theming and brand layering, versioning, releases, and a contribution model that invites our domain teams in rather than shutting them out. Maintain living documentation (e.g. Storybook) and drive adoption through pairing, reviews, and migration paths. Make accessibility and responsive behavior built-in properties of our components, not an afterthought.…
