For further development and expansion of our successful business, Raisin is looking for a highly motivated, driven, and experienced Director of Engineering to lead both strategically and operationally our Investment and Pension (IPP) teams (25+ engineers) This embraces high-quality conceptual and delivery performance of the teams, the health of the IPP engineering organization and system landscape, an efficient and compliant development process, technical and business ownership of the Raisin’s IPP platform, and vendor relationships. At Raisin, we work in a domain driven organization with a binary-star leadership model. In this model, every Director of Engineering has a Product partner (Head of Product/ Director of Product).…
