The Plant Quality Engineer actively shapes the interface between production, R & D, customers, and suppliers. In this role, you will drive quality improvements, coordinate complaint handling, facilitate FMEAs, and support the sustainable further development of our quality management system. In this role you will: Complaint and Quality Management Independent coordination and tracking of quality and complaint reports (internal and external) Analysis of root causes and initiation/tracking of corrective and preventive actions Verification of the effectiveness of implemented measures Preparation of customer reports and quality analyses Participation in customer meetings and presentation of measures and results Execution of and support for improvement projects to enhance product and process…
