About the Role A seed-stage tax advisory technology company is building the modern operating system for the German tax advisory industry. The company acquires established accounting and tax firms and transforms them with an AI-powered platform — automating workflows, centralising support services, and enabling advisors to focus on high-value client work. As Founding Engineer – Product & Process, you'll be responsible for turning real-world tax advisory work into executable, scalable systems. You'll own the full journey from rapid prototype to hardened production workflow, and directly shape how work flows across acquired firms.
