The company acquires established accounting and tax firms and transforms them with an AI-powered platform — automating workflows, centralising support services, and enabling advisors to focus on high-value client work. As Founding Engineer – Product & Process, you'll be responsible for turning real-world tax advisory work into executable, scalable systems. You'll own the full journey from rapid prototype to hardened production workflow, and directly shape how work flows across acquired firms.
