Working closely with the wider commercial team and alongside the aftersales team, the SERP Engineer will be responsible for the assessment and development of programme design proposals to ensure Aftersales Serviceability requirements are met. The SERP engineer will represent the Aftersales team and the wider commercial business as the “voice of the customer” at all stages of the product lifecycle – from early in the product Design and Development phase, throughout all significant production gateways and continuing into aftersales operations and until end of vehicle life.
