Deine Mission Du entwirfst, entwickelst und betreibst agentenbasierte KI-Systeme, die reale Workflows in unserer Steuerberatungs- und Buchhaltungssoftware automatisieren. Dabei übersetzt du komplexe Fachprozesse in produktionsreife, autonome oder teilautonome Abläufe – mit klarer Verantwortung für Architektur, Konzeption und technische Umsetzung. Dein Ziel: robuste Systeme im Produktivbetrieb, nicht Prototypen. Deine Aufgaben Du entwirfst und implementierst zielorientierte, agentenbasierte Workflows, die Aufgaben eigenständig in ausführbare Schritte zerlegen und über mehrere Systeme hinweg operieren. Du integrierst AI-Agents direkt in bestehende Softwarelösungen für Steuerberatung und Buchhaltung, sodass sie auf echten End-to-End-Prozessen arbeiten.…
