Key Responsibilities as GDPC Implements EU-General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) at European Cosma business locations (in Austria, Czech Republic, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Poland and Spain) through direct support from locally appointed Data Privacy Leads Supports and assists management and employees with the implementation and maintenance of Data Privacy related operations (data inventories, data processing agreements, data privacy notices, consent notices, etc.) Develops processes / adaption of existing processes pursuant to legal requirements Evaluates and analyzes new and existing applications, processing activities and all corresponding documentation requirements Reviews and identifies internal processes for gaps related to applicable laws, Magna policies, guidelines, and
