Stammdaten- & digitale Aktenpflege: Sie übernehmen die präzise Pflege und gewährleisten die lückenlose und ordnungsgemäße Verwaltung der digitalen Personalakten sowie der elektronischen Entgeltunterlagen. Systemharmonisierung & Datenabgleich: Sie führen kontinuierliche Datenbereinigungen durch und stellen durch regelmäßige Abgleiche zwischen SAP und Workday (WD) eine hohe Datenkonsistenz über alle Systeme hinweg sicher. Payroll-Reporting & Datenaktualität: Sie erstellen und validieren HR- und payroll-relevante Berichte und prüfen die Daten akribisch auf Aktualität und Vollständigkeit zur Vor- und Nachbereitung der Entgeltabrechnung.…
