CRM trägt ein Drittel unseres Umsatzes, und deine Analysen aus Kohorten, CLV und Holdout-Tests entscheiden, wohin Budget, Tests und Kampagnen auf der Road to 100 Mio. fließen. Du bestimmst die Retention-Basis: Wiederkaufraten, CLV und Days Between Orders nach Markt (DACH/NL), Akquise-Kanal und Kundensegment als laufende Steuerungsgrundlage. Ein unabhängiges CRM-Reporting baust du von Grund auf: eigene Attributionslogik, wöchentliche Steuerung, eine Quelle der Wahrheit. Incrementality zu beweisen ist dein Handwerk. Holdout-Tests für Loyalty-Programm, Discount-Mechaniken und zentrale Flows zeigen, was wirklich zusätzlichen Umsatz bringt.…
