Analyzing operational and project-execution processes to improve data availability, accuracy, and reporting standards. Benchmarking KPIs and analyzing drivers of operational performance across LVS and ABB. Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving Power BI dashboards and automated reporting solutions. Providing management with decision-oriented insights on trends, risks, variations, and recommended actions. Supporting operational reporting, the annual budget process, and SAP improvement or transformation projects.…
