We are looking for a Data & Analytics Manager to lead an international BI and Data Analytics team across EMEA. This hands-on role combines people management, technical leadership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end data project delivery. You will translate business priorities into execution plans, guide technical decisions, unblock the team, and deliver reliable data products for BI, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled use cases. What you'll do Lead, coach, and develop an international BI and Data Analytics team. Build a motivating, accountable, and change-oriented team environment. Model clean, documented datasets in dbt, from staging through to marts. Own tests, documentation, metric definitions, data contracts, and version control workflows.…
