Du übernimmst Verantwortung für anspruchsvolle Kundenanliegen, strategische Sonderthemen und komplexe Fragestellungen in der betrieblichen Altersversorgung. Du berätst nationale und internationale Kunden sowie interne Stakeholder zu versicherungs-, arbeits-, steuer- und sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Themen. Du entwickelst pragmatische Lösungen für komplexe Herausforderungen und steuerst Eskalationen souverän und kundenorientiert. Du teilst Dein Wissen aktiv mit Kolleginnen und Kollegen, unterstützt deren fachliche Weiterentwicklung und förderst eine offene Lern- und Wissenskultur.…
