The role As a Marketing Business Analyst in the Reactivation Analytics team, you will join the wider Global Marketing Analytics group. You will act as a strategic consultant, using data to understand customer behaviour, their journey and more importantly what motivates them to return. Your experience in CRM Analytics, combined with a knack for storytelling through data, will directly influence the ability to reduce churn impact and optimize our channels along with marketing spend. Above all, we are looking for people who will make HelloFresh better. We believe there are many different ways of developing skills and we love diverse experiences!
