Du bewertest Geschäftsmodelle, prüfst Umsatz- und Ergebnisannahmen und übersetzt Finanzdaten in belastbare Entscheidungsgrundlagen – mit besonderem Blick auf SaaS-Kennzahlen und die Zeit nach dem Closing. Aufgaben Du entwickelst und überprüfst Bewertungsmodelle und erstellst unlevered-IRR-Szenarien. Du analysierst Umsatztreiber, Kunden- und Erlösentwicklungen und führst Revenue-Driver-Checks durch.
