POSITION OVERVIEW: The Business Planning Analyst is responsible for aligning demand (Sales Plan) and supply (Operations Plan) across a 21-month planning horizon. This role requires a comprehensive understanding of business requirements to effectively represent the interests of the Business Group (BG). The Business Planning Analyst serves as the key interface and consultant between business stakeholders and planning system, ensuring that business requirements are translated into effective planning system designs and implementations. Success in this position depends on a strong commitment to data quality, deep expertise in planning systems and capacity models, and a thorough understanding of products, customers, and end-to-end planning processes.
