Your role We are a high-velocity DTC brand running a highly sophisticated, data-driven CRM ecosystem (50+ automated lanes, custom scoring, multi-channel tracking). We are moving fast toward Agentic CRM. We need a technical powerhouse to build the orchestration layer that translates our data science, scoring models, and customer signaling deviations into automated, multi-channel journeys. This is a 100% hands-on role at the intersection of Data Engineering, MarTech Architecture, and Automation. No pure strategists, no ticket-delegators - you code, connect systems, and execute.
