Du verantwortest als Business Analyst- bzw. Product Owner digitale Gesundheitslösungen – insbesondere mobile Anwendungen und Lösungen rund um die elektronischen Patientenakte (ePA). Du führst und entwickelst ein interdisziplinäres Team aus Business Analysts, UX-Expert:innen und Entwickler:innen und begleitest Mitarbeitende im Projektkontext als Coach. Du steuerst und priorisierst Anforderungen entlang der Product Roadmap, berücksichtigst regulatorische Vorgaben z. B. der gematik und übersetzt fachliche Anforderungen in strukturierte User Stories. Du begleitest Anforderungen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus hinweg und stellst Qualität, Konsistenz sowie Nachverfolgbarkeit sicher.…
